I recently heard that posting a food photograph without including the corresponding recipe is not a well regarded social media practice. Not sure who’s behind this train of thought and I wonder if they even are aware of how much time goes into creating, testing and writing out a recipe, in addition to the photography, shopping for the ingredients, etc.. I guess I could post my recipes in detail all day long, but how would I earn a living to buy more ingredients and create more recipes? Hence my HEALTHIER BE DAILY Subscription model, for those who understand and appreciate the work that goes into each smoothie installment. I may begin posting my non-smoothie recipes, again…We’ll see…In the meantime, I hope my smoothies inspire you to start your day with something nutritious and delicious and encourage you to be mindful of the difference your food choices can have on your health and general well being in addition with proper rest, hydration and exercise.
