The Hydration Connection
As it turns out, water is a lot more crucial to the functioning of the human body than many people realize. Our skin, bones, brain, digestive system, etc, are all highly dependent on our drinking adequate amounts of the precious stuff, to function at optimum levels.
Many a chronic headache and joint pain could easily be cured by a mere increase in water intake. It is then perfectly fitting for me to begin my HEALTHYWEALTHY Blog with a reminder about the importance of water.
Start your day with a tall glass of water, flavored with fresh lemon or strawberries, raspberries, etc.. Your body will thank you! And to best monitor your daily intake, fill a container with the adequate amount of water for your weight and activity level, and drink from it throughout the remainder of the day.
