BLUEBERRY SOY OAT BANANA SMOOTHIE ©2022

A #TuesdayTreat in store for you!  It’s #blueberries today!  Yeah! Full of antioxidants and other wonderful nutrients! A luscious blend of blueberries, bananas, oats and vanilla soy milk for protein, flavor, fullness, texture and the all essential vitamin D, and to top it off, literally!, a dollop of honey!…for instant sweetness and goodness! Mmmmm!

1 ½  Bananas

¼ cup Oats soaked (overnight if possible) in Vanilla Almond Milk

Drizzle of Honey

¾ cup Blueberries

1 ¼ cup Vanilla Soymilk

 

For Added Goodness

Add ¼ Vanilla cup yogurt
